The Ikebukuro Story

Crafting Perfect Ramen

From Ikebukuro to Regina

Ikebukuro Ramen holds a simple mission. We are capturing the authentic taste of Tokyo's food favourite foods and bringing it to Saskatchewan.

Ikebukuro Ramen's journey started in the neon streets of Ikebukuro, Tokyo. Our founder trained in the art of Tonkotsu broth, simmered for 24 hours, to achieve a recipe unlike any other.

Noodles Made Fresh Daily

We don't believe in the easy way out. That's why we make our wheat noodles every single morning usingCanadian wheat. We make noodles that have the perfect bite and texture to hold our broth.

Combined with locally sourced pork from Thunder Creek, Moose Jaw and fresh vegetables from Saskatchewan farms, every bowl is a link between Japanese tradition and Canadian ingredients.
